I will not recommend or travel with Air India again. I was travelled from Muscat to Hyderabad on 13th Jan. Staff was rude and most unhelpful. Poor customer service provided by the air India staff in muscat.chandra shekar Air India employee name. This kind of staff is putting the airline down. Staff really needs training and knowledge in customer service. They don't even care for their customers and don't even have manners poor management and unprofessional staff in Muscat. This staff know no action will be taken by the management and they will keep on repeating till the airlines is closed. No more flying with Air India for me and my friends!
