Jetstar does not allow you to drop bags earlier than two hours before flight departure, which means that everyone is sitting around waiting in an area with no seats or facilities. Also when the time comes to drop your bags everyone is waiting in a very long queue. Their service delivery is garbage and I would not recommend them to my dog.
