Air New Zealand review by Lisa 2016-01-01

I think that air nz dont consider many guests flying Australia to NZ may have come from further afield. After having spent 2 days with my 2 kids in flying in to Melbourne from the far side of the planet, we were very tired. So to have our ears assaulted with the over the top volume of the safety briefing really was awful. Even with my fingers in my ears it was too loud. So why so loud? There us no need for it. The service though was great and also the food. But the volume, it is a health and safety issue.
