They have a more or less unusable website, note following 1) If giving a refund, they put as credit but no where can this be seen and system does not allow it to be used, this is theft. 2) Unable to use foreign credit cards 3) Be careful which site you use, all give different values, On board they give water only. No entertainment systems on aircraft even on International flights of 8 hours.
