Economy Class

25th September 2016 - Arrived at Majorca Palma 2 1/2 hours early for my 22.10 flight to Gatwick to discover on the boards it had been cancelled. There was no information as to where I should go to and after asking at another airline discovered that Air Iberia would assist those passengers. At the Air Iberia desk the man agreed by flight was cancelled and he had been instructed to tell passengers to go to another airline to purchase a ticket to London and to contact Norwegian Air and they would refund my original flight. I did manage to secure another flight for the next day at 6x the price I had originally paid. My first day back today and I have been trying for 2 hours to get through to them on the phone but the lines are constantly engaged. I have no idea if I will get back everything I have had to pay for.
