Business Class

I agree 100% with the review by the contributor from the UK in May who complained about customer service. He is right. It's a joke. Finnair makes Avianca look like a luxury carrier! Even if you are in Business Class, Finnair will not give you a priority #, or a phone listing or the name of a person in Finland. They send you into an Oracle phone-tree -- and ultimately, a call center in Sofia, Bulgaria. Finnair hides behind fine print, and knows less about customer service than Nokia. (That's a mobile phone joke about a failed Finnish brand :) I am sure that Finnair is OK for Finns taking, say, 3-hour regional flights withing Finland. Myself, I suffered a $2,200 disaster this month with this airline!
