Air Canada review by Sharon 2017-01-18

Flew Air Canada Rouge, Vancouver to Honolulu, 2.5 HR delay. My son took exact same flight one week before, 5.5hr delay! Absolutely NO apology or explanation. Told about inflight entertainment ap 5 minutes before boarding & to top it off my husbands reading light didn't work. No coffee or Tea due to turbulence, When we'd travelled through turbulence & seatbelt sign switched off, I asked for a cup of tea & was told no as they were expecting more at some stage in flight!!!! Being an ex flight attendant in Australia, this whole flight was not acceptable! Will never travel with them again!
