My wife and 2 children were traveling from Canada going to Mallorca with a connection in Madrid. This is when my wife and children made there way to the NORWEIGAN air counter to find out the gate for there connection when the agent told my wife don't bother with the next leg as the gate is closed.. But it was an hour before the flight, when it clearly states 30-45 mins before.. Furthermore instead of helping a mom traveling with 2 children to get on the next flight the agent walked away and said to call the travel agent.. I had to rebook my wife and kids on the next NORWEIGAN air flight to Mallorca 6 hrs later and pay full cost!!! What Kind of person turns away a mom with children and doesn't even help them along.. I would NEVER fly this company again, and I hope you do the same...
