Returned from Canada to the US after a 21 day humanitarian deployment. They cancelled the last leg of our flight and had us continue home the next day (had to stay in Toronto). Okay, then we proceed to our destination and there is no luggage (and my C-Pap machine was in the bag). When asked for help, I was handed a form to fill out and the agent walked away. I wasn't the only one to land without luggage. I find out this morning that my traveling companion got notice that his luggage arrived at midnight but I still haven't heard anything. As I sit here and write this, I am on hold with their customer service for 43 minutes. I did not choose airline, but after this I would not consider using them. Customer Service is non-existent.
