Aeromexico review by David 2015-11-29

Oversold, showed up in Mexico City with no seats available in an oversold connector to Cancun. On the way back, my 12yo son didn't have a seat. Party of 6 broken up all over the plane. On the final connector back, sat 1 of us alone in 1st class (almost empty) and other kids were spread out in different rows and sections. How do you not put a family together on a flight? Bought these flights in July for a November flight, might want to look at management.
