Not sure how it got "airline of the year 2013". Normally a Qantas Premium Economy flyer our travel agent suggested Cathay as they also have premium economy for our flight in April 2015 to Amsterdam then returning out of Paris via Hong Kong (3 day stopover) back to Melbourne. Firstly got stitched on airfares (four of us) by $450 per person after they dropped prices, We were told that Cathay were in no way sympathetic and would do nothing about it. Cabin staff at times seemed not interested in customer satisfaction. Back to Qantas for the 4 of us in future. I did email my thoughts outlining my disappointment directly to Cathay but of course it didn't warrant a reply.
