Awful. Recommend avoiding. We flew to Cancun from STL in early March 2016 on Apple charter for spring break vacation. These jerks tried telling us that they had to take luggage off of plane, because it was too heavy. Ummm, it is a 737 - no such thing. You wanted to save money on fuel. Flight arrived 1.5 hours late. Took another 1.5 hours to figure out wth to do about bags. And then we had to shop. We hate shopping. And my wife cannot simply walk into a shop and buy a swim suit. We got tired of shipping, so she basically sat in shade for 2 days. So they ruined 1st two days of our $6k vacation. Fine, we send in $275 of itemized receipts for clothes, toiletries, etc. These idiots send me a check for $210 with no explanation of why they shorted me. Brilliant.
