Horrible experience! The service was nice, and we had no trouble upon arrival on our holiday whatsoever, but when we were to go home, they suddenly told us that we hadn't purchased luggage, even though we paid for that when we ordered the tickets. The staff was avoidant upon answering questions, and even the management couldn't tell us more, than that we hadn't had purchased bags, either way.(This was even though we were able to get our bags TO Chania - they said it was impossible, since we hadn't paid, even though I showed our confirmation on email). Finally we agreed to pay 120 Euro, since our plane was leaving soon, but when we had dropped off our bags, there was no one we could pay to, even when we waited, so we went to the gate in order to catch our flight, and expected the bill to be sent. But when we had passed through security and was boarding, they called over the speakers for us, and asked us to go to the help desk, even though it is illegal to go through security once passed. We narrowly caught the flight, no thanks to the service. We had the same arrangement to and from our holliday, but letting us take our luggage with us down and not home is not a fair trick!
