I flew Bangkok to Vienna. The new business-class seats were excellent, with a layout far superior to the last generation of lay-flat seats. Food was served by a dedicated chef. An excellent selection of wines, including Austrian red and whites, were served. Cabin staff were fresh, friendly and efficient. After my first flight with Austrian I'm sold.
