I am an experienced passenger that has flew with Vietnam Airlines for many years. One of my most recent flight was from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to Singapore on an Airbus A321, if I'm not wrong. There was little entertainment that the airplanes' service can offer us. Also the food wasn't very good, and the cabin crews were not very polite, let alone rude. The overall service system is not quite impressive. However, I take Vietnam Airlines because it is the best airline is Vietnam, and the price isn't bad.
