Emirates review by Robert 2016-07-23

I travel overseas (from Australia) 1 to 2 times a year. Generally, I do all my bookings online and use the various online services; skyscraper, kayak, webjet, etc.. I basically seek best value $$, flight time to destination and always economy (I prefer to save on flight costs and spend my money on the ground) Each time I'm let down by the service, quality, seat space, crew, check-in, etc. No different this recent trip. Just returned home from 4wk Europe trip and was disappointed by each airline I used; Singapore, Alitalia, couple of small local connecting airlines. But I managed to book flight from Athens to Dubai (3day stop over) then home to Melbourne on Emirates. Best choice made over the last few years The cabin crew were fantastic, food - very good, seat space - good and comfortable, great service and a smooth flight home. Check-in and baggage drops, smooth and trouble free (unlike the others). All I can say is I'll be booking Emirates from here on... Happy Happy Customer
