Seriously Emirates Airline at Heathrow, the queuing system is diabolical, absolutely no customer focus. It is so poor. Having to queue for an 50 mins to drop your luggage after checking online. Honestly please speak with your colleagues at Narita Airport, they are very diligent and make the customers feel welcomed. London Heathrow abysmal.
