SFO-SIN-SFO Nov/Dec 2016 Economy class with small fee upgrade for window seat behind exit row with no seat in front of me. A new and quiet A350 for the 15-16 hour non-stop flight. Cabin service and in-flight entertainment were superb. This airline knows how to make a long flight bearable. Galley was always open to pax to get a glass of juice or water and a snack. Sandwiches too, just ask. Meal began with menu in economy class, then a hot cloth towel service, and then a generous meal. Repeat again with different meal selection after 8 hours. Cabin crew inspected restrooms hourly to replenish supplies and tidy up if needed. SFO counter service was over the top efficient and friendly. I felt like I was a First Class frequent flyer when I left the service counter. A wonderful airline experience for someone accustomed to US flag carriers (mal)treatment.
