Air France review by Natalie 2015-11-13

I flew air france back in April to Guangzhou from Birmingham with a change in paris. From reading reviews I would never have personally booked this airline it was for business, unfrotunately and i had no choice. The seats were a little uncomfortable, seat pitch in economy was pretty tight, but i accept that for economy. Meals were awful, almost inedible, even the chinese people on the plane wanted the french food as the other choice was so bad. The worst experience came on the return trip - we were grounded at shanghai for 2.5 hours sat in our seats, only one half of the plane was served with water. I then waited a further hour once airborne so that's 3.5 hours without so much a water. Meals ran out and was offered cake as a replacement. We missed our connecting Air France flight due to delays, at which we spent a further 10 hours in Paris, not one person was kind to 4 very tired people or even tried to find us another suitable flight. We were immediately put on the least booked up last flight out at 6pm when we had arrived at 8am. The staff, the food, the entertainment on board and general cleanliness of the cabin and toilets was sub standard. I will never fly Air France again.
