My flight from Chihuahua to Mexico City was delayed and missed my connection flight to Los Angeles (I had only 1 hr in between). Upon arrival, nobody directed any of us passengers to the appropriate place to arrange new flights. There was no protocol to assist delayed passengers. I had to ask several of their staff and all of them told me different things. They told me to go get my luggage and go to a specific counter, then I would stand in line for a while just to be told I was on the wrong counter. Their counters were packed with people, so I had to talk to a "supervisor" to get their attention. I found out right then that there was a flight I could've gotten into and I also missed it because of all the time wasted being in line, waiting to talk to someone. Finally, they told me that they had no other flights until the following morning and they wouldn't be proving me with any assistance with hotel accomodation, food, not even a free upgrade! Their staff was very unhelpful and unapologetic. I have travelled all over the world and I have never received such poor service from an airline. I will never in a million years fly with this disgusting airline EVER again!
