Good day I would like to share a horrible experience that I had flying with pal it was because there were no entertainment in flight they do have the app but I just known that I have to download it prior before taking off but the worst part was ive only have 28kg baggage and mistakenly labeled 38kg by an inefficient staff from terminal 2 if im not mistaken her name was DADA .dada all thanks to you I was rubbed bu dnata of 8kg over baggage in dubai ive spent 2000php for your mistake to think that I dont have money to spent there so I need to call other peopleto send me money in the middle of the night dec 23 11pm in dubai.
