The worst experience ever with an airline. They send an Email only 2 days before the flight asking for online check-in. I couldn't do it due to website not working at the time properly and I failed to do so. I had to go to airport more than 2 hours before the flight to ensure I still have time. They refused to help me and charged me 156 euros and said "Pay it or you won't board" because I had to check-in at the airport, despite the issues I had that I explained to them. Later I contacted RyanAir and they said "We know you're not happy, but we won't help". Customer service sound like wild animals behind the phone who just want to steal whatever money they can get from the customers.
