Flew Perth (A330) to KL and then to Paris (A380) in economy. Experienced both downstairs and upstairs in economy an A380. Excellent cabin service and meals but didn't meet my satisfaction in two areas. In flight entertainment, they took headsets back 30 minutes before landing and on takeoff had to wait for seatbelt signs to be turned off before headsets were handed out. Qantas with their newer aircraft offer gate to gate AVOD - why can't Malaysian do the same. "Manage your booking" will only work if you have purchased your tickets via the Malaysian Airlines website. In a desperate effort to get "Manage your booking" to work, I joined their frequent flyer scheme, got my flights linked to my FFP and I still couldn't manage my booking i.e. seat allocation etc
