Pay the extra $50 and fly a legitimate airline. I recently booked roundtrip flights from JFK to KRK, connecting through OSL. Flight to KRK went smooth with no problems. Flight home was terrible. I did not receive the meals I purchased and even after showing the attendant proof that I purchased the fare which includes meals, she did not provide them. Additionally, they lost my bag at some point during my return flight. It was been 5 days and I have not been given any information regarding the status. I've called the Norwegian JFK office several times and left voicemails which haven't been returned. I called Norwegian directly and the agent put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up. They clearly do not care about their customers. I will not be flying with Norwegian again.
