Adelaide to Melbourne Flight, initially value for money but by the time you go through the booking process and pay seat allocation, baggage etc, the price they advertise IS NOT CORRECT. Terrible Customer Service, no clear pathway to lodge a complaint nor have a complaint resolution process... should really think twice before flying with jetstar EDITORS COMMENT: This why you always need to do a booking all the way to the end and see the final cost and compare airfares between carriers before punching in your payment details. Other airlines might be cheaper by the time you add in all the ad ons.
