We had to travel from KC MO to AZ due to my father having emergency surgery. Because we we needed a flight on an emergency basis during busy spring break, we were only able to fly Delta down but had to take Frontier back. Trying to get home, Mechanical problems caused a 7 hr delay in AZ to Denver so we missed the one flight to KC. Frontier put us in a Denver hotel but the one flight the next day, Easter, was then also delayed due to mechanical problems. Will never ever ever ever take Frontier again. Would have been faster to DRIVE from Denver to KC!!!! Note however that the staff was polite despite furious travelers. I felt sorry for them. I really cannot imagine that this company will be in business much longer. EDITORS COMMENT: As frustrating as this is it's reassuring to hear that airlines are putting safety first despite the troubles it causes in dealing with all the passengers.
