Frontier Airlines review by R 2015-12-21

Great service on my flight frontrenton to orlando. For $89 roundtrip and no hidden fees it was a great deal. It is clearly stated that bags are extra. Well we packed one whole suitcase for the 4 of us and "checked" it online for $30 instead of there (i think it would be a little more). We even left a few minutes earlier then scheduled. However on the flight back there was a 2 hour delay because of mechanical issues which we were promptly told when we checked in an hour early. However at the gate it was displaying the orginal time plus that it was boarding. But it wasnt. No one there. I called customer service and they were showing that it was leaving and not delayed. They need to get their customer service in check. Anyway, we did leave at the later time and got back to trenton nj safe and sound!
