Absolutely horrible customer service. And the most unreliable company I have ever witnessed, and I am an experienced flyer. They even switched my seat (to something worse) without my knowlege, even though I bought my ticket months in advance. Not sure how they are still in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
