We recently flew from the USA to New Zealand and back, urgently for a family bereavement. We needed to change a number of flights and the company we had booked with were making it difficult. I rang Air New Zealand and the staff member was fantastic. Helpful, understanding, compassionate and changed things for us quickly, efficiently and with no added expense. Thank you Air New Zealand. You are the best!
