Aeromexico review by D 2015-09-08

We booked our flight for June 2015 from Las Vegas to Cancun. Due to illness, we had to cancel our package vacation deal. We were able to get back all of our hotel money without any problems and the remaining $800 from Aeromexico would only be given as credit for future flight within six months or lose it. Two months later we decided to rebook our vacation to Mexico via Aeromexico. We were SHOCKED. Aeromexico will only credit us back $39 due to other ridiculous fees and charges. So why did they give us hope by saying we will be credited our flight if used within six months and then stump us when time to rebook? I called them several times and the Aeromexico representative was cold to our concerns. I will never use Aeromexico and encourage all others the same.
