Economy Class

Dec 20 Manila to Auckland via Cairns. Seats were so cramped, similar to other budget airlines! It's a one aisle A320 plane with 3 seats on each side. Leg room was very limited. My knees were already hitting the seat in front when it's reclined. I'm only 5ft 5inches. No interactive inflight entertainment. There were only 2 lavatories at the back. Food was okay (not expecting much anyways). Pal should not use an Airbus for its Manila-Auckland route (more than 10hr flight) for the comfort and safety of its passengers. I will not fly Pal again to Auckland if they continue to use the Airbus in this route. EDITORS COMMENT: That's a very long way to fly on an A320 - i hope you got a decent leg stretch at Cairns while they were re-fuelling. All single aisle aircraft are in a 3-3 configuration and its almost impossible to not feel cramped in these small er planes no matter who the airline is. No interactive inflight entertainment is also a real let down for such a along flight. Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us - im sure other passengers will appreciate the feedback.
