Horrible. Lost one piece of my luggage weighing around 25kg. Valuable items and clothes contained inside. No customer service at all from Air Asia in Australia and no contact number. Horrible airline service and a 50/50 chance of receiving luggage once you land at you're destination. I have lost luggage twice with this airline and none have returned. I recieved no compensation at all. Never again flying with this horrid airline.
