They're very creative in the ways they rip you off. I travel with my standard carry-on bag all the time, and it's the first time that I was told I had to check it in because the handle was sticking out the measuring bin on the very top. And since I've already paid for a check-in bag, I was charged extra for the stupid supposed-to-be carry on. My first checked bag was literally 2 lb overweight and I was told to either pay 100 dollars for an 'overweight' bag, or I'll have to 'go away' and take some stuff out and come back to line up all over again! We were pressed for time, and I begged her to let me take some stuff out real quick at the counter, and she won't let me! Said that if u don't have time, you should just pay 100 extra to get the bag checked! Un-freaking-believable. Every single person at the counter looks either depressed or pissed off, with dead eyes and a devil may care attitude. I get it that they're a budget airline, but sometimes a smile could go a long way. Will not fly with them ever again.
