Travelling from Larnaca to Milan via Belgrade and finally the one of our luggages still missing after 10 days in Italy .we calling again n again and the staff in Belgrade ,root as if it was not there mistake.unacceptable ground staff ...if I was manager there all will be home now. Not helpful not ready to answer in English our questions so disappointed with the company...one good is the air staff is normal.
