I have to say that the last experience with LH was amazing -the crew very German with great sense of humor, professional, attentive, great meals, drinks, and un-stoppable great service thru all flight!!! And on board this amazing plane!! Arrived in FRA (airport that I dislike so much) to connect to VCE and I had a nice service on that short haul flight. My return flight was delayed for almost three hours due to bad weather and about 120 passenger stranded at MUC. LH handled very well - they started to making groups by continent and we were sent to one desk where they arranged hotel and meals for ever passenger. Congratulations to LH very responsible to all of us. The re-booked different flights because it’s hard to imagine all the concessions they had to do to accommodate all this passengers at very last minute . The food options in economy were not good and wrongly asked for the beef but it wasn’t what I expected and bad taste and I asked if there have some pasta left, unfortunately there wasn’t but one of the flight attendants came to me with a nice dish of beef and saueeed spinach from First Class (not even Business class)as an apology for the moment. That attitude made my entire flight, I was happy as a King!!! I was in Economy and they make you feel important ”doesn’t matter the food, just the attitude trying to have passengers happy. All the other services were fantastic -great AVOD system, seats are comfortable on the 340-6 but the 747-8i seats are even better. Also, there was damage in my luggage and the paid for my new suitcase
