-traveling as a family of 4 -gave us the wrong seats -didn't even send our luggage on the plane,was left in Sydney. Didn't have clothes,shoes,toletries and Medication for 3 days. -Cathy pacific did not give an apology, help or explanation. -would never travel with Cathy pacific ever again,or recommend this airline to anyone.
