jan 12 bkk can.very good flight,excellent service,arr can to transfer to Har flight.got vip bus to terminal then on our own;went through horrendous lines in immigration,proceeded to another baggage scan with line about 100 people in front of us.I knew we would not make our flight without help fortunately an airport worker got us to the head of the line.we then boarded a bus that dropped us at a place where we had to pay money to get us to the harbin boarding gate,we arr,as they were closing the gate,almost 2 hrs since arriving from the bkk flight,no help from the airline.we were given a priority pass in Bangkok for customs ,security etc.On return to bkk from China no priority pass,we lined up with about 300 chinese travellers 40 mins.
