Business Class
Brisbane to San Francisco via Auckland, Dec 2013, returning Jan 2014. Totally brilliant experience, with excellent service from the, mostly mature-aged, cabin crew, who understand the meaning of customer service! Great food, drinks, flat beds, airport lounges. I love this airline, and I'm not even a Kiwi!
