I flew Montreal-Vancouver, direct flight. Plane is a recent one so it had the latest amenities. The problem is with service. Firstly, they are simply not friendly and not welcoming. I still don't understand why most staff can't speak French. On airlines such as Cathay Pacific, most staff speak fluently three-four languages. Food is barely OK. On the good side, the plane arrived early.
