Swiss International Air Lines review by Derek 2013-06-30

On our flight from Perth to Rome via Singapore and Zurich. Found Swiss had very good cabin staff going and coming back and inflight movies and food excellent. Airbus A340 had technical problems at Singapore and we missed our connection to Rome and also technical issues at Zurich on the way back made our connection via Singapre Airlines a quick electric car ride through the airport interesting. Unfortunately our bags did not make it but arrived by courier the next day. I believe an order for Boeing 777s will replace the A340s so should fix the technical delays. Swiss A320s to Rome and back via Venice were new and very good and service excellent and if you miss a flight Zurich airport is the place to be especially when Swiss give meal vouchers. Our connecting flight with Singapore from Perth and back was as always excellent. We used Swiss Air Lines originally as they were a lot cheaper than other airlines.
