Norwegian lost my luggage on a direct international flight from LAX to CPH and has provided ZERO information or help in locating it. Its been missing now for five days with no updates at all regardless of who I contact (the airline directly or their handling service). I am on an important sales trip with all of my suits in my "lost" bag. I have had to go out and buy all new clothes (not cheap in DK) at personnel expense which has been a great hardship as money is very tight due to my wife being very sick. I doubt I'll be able to be reimbursed for any of it based on my experience so far with this airline. I selected this fight because the fare was reasonable and it was a direct flight. I had no illusions of this being a "full service" airline and was fully aware of the low cost business model. What has stunned me is the complete lack of care by anyone I contact for help. I will never fly this airline again.
