I dropped my iPhone at BNE and although I realised it I had to to Through to Customs and I asked the check in counter if they could check whether my phone was handed in. They did and it was and they arranged for someone to bring it to me so Very happy with their assistance. However it irritates me that they have one toilet for 8 business class seats and one for the other 180 economy seats. And whether you get a drink or not seems to be based on where you sit.
