Economy Class

Cancelled our flight to Melbourne. Not great alternatives offered but we made it work. Now we are 3 days out from going home and there are 3 flights scheduled. Two have already been cancelled. Our one is sitting there as nervous as we are. Will be be stuffed around again?! Probably. Clearly they cancel when they haven't sold enough tix. Could at least be more helpful on the phone. The call centre operators are robots with standard responses like 'i can't do anything. What would you like me to do. No I can't do that ' but I can listen to your whinging. Jetstar why dont you up the price slightly get rid of the useless call centre staff and schedule flights you can generally keep. Seems to be A LOT of cancelled flights of late.
