Air New Zealand review by Paul 2016-09-12

I recently flew to Sao Paulo return. I am Platinum with Virgin Australia, and whenever I fly with Etihad or Singapore I don't really get treated any differently, however on Air NZ I was actually given a seat upgrade, early meals, and a personal visit to my seat at the end of the flight to say thank you for flying with them. Amazing! Also their lounge in Auckland is excellent. My only complaint is that their network of international lounges is relatively small. Regardless, I will definitely be flying with them again.
