Qantas have deleted my frequent flyer points as they claim I did not add any pints in 18 months. I did Dd points and saw them added to my activity account page, they were added using the Qantas search tool bar. They now deny these points ever existed, to me this is theft. Qantas will not reinstate my points. I will never fly with them again.
