Delta Air Lines review by Verne 2016-11-30

I have a condition that if I don't move my legs often, they get very painful. I booked a Comfort seat on DL flights round trip from MSP to GDL, with one stop, one full month ahead. All 4 flights were great as far as the crew was concerned. All attendants were tremendous. While boarding my flight from ATL to MSP, I checked my seat assignment just prior to boarding and all was good. On the plane, I was told my seat was changed to a middle seats close to the rear of the plane. I told the attendants and they had the gate manager come in and he told me there was nothing they could do change. I said I paid for a comfort seat. He told me if I didn't like it, I could get off the plane! I couldn't because my friend was with me. (He got the seat he wanted.) A lady in Comfort offered me her seat and took my terrible seat. I told the attendants to give her anything she wanted and I would pay. They said that it won't be necessary and they will comp her. One attendant said the gate manager had two of his non-revenue friends come on board and hence the problem. They were upset about the horrible treatment I got. I called Delta afterward an was told there was no record of my seat change.
