Delta Air Lines review by Rick 2015-07-18

I had a lengthy delay on my delta airline flight. We took off late from Dayton, was diverted to another airport. When we finally was able to land in Atlanta, the next flight to Daytona Beach was booked, and I had to wait for the 3:30 pm flight. The crew was late getting there s that flight took off n hour late. When I finally arrived in Daytona, I could have driven there faster. I spent approximately $500, lost a day of vacation, and spent a day in the Atlanta airport. When I complained, the airline offered $75 OR 8,000 miles, and seem stunned that I didn't think it was sufficient when they offer $400 for those who VOLUNTEER to take a later flight. Delta customer service is a joke.
