Air New Zealand review by Jasen 2017-01-09

Hi, My family and I recently returned from the US. The flights all round and the experience was amazing.However I would like to take the time to point out one leg of our trip which was just mind blowing.We left Los Angeles on NZ5 6/01/2017 and from the moment we stepped onto that plane to the time we got off was one of the most enjoyable, professional experiences I have ever had. We were in premium Economy and the gentleman who looked after us was called Peter. I have a coffee roasting business and employ over 30 people and being hospitality based we spend a lot of time training and expecting our staff to deliver personable consistent customer service. Peter absolutely went above and beyond that and the greatest thing about him was that it all came naturally.He knew our names, he went out of his way to ensure we were well catered for and he took the time to actually talk to us and treat us like people not cattle. I also really admired that Air NZ hire a lot of senior experienced people I think that a lot more air lines and businesses should do the same.Please see that Peter is acknowledged and tell him that I would love to buy him a bottle of good red:) Thanks Peter
