ADL-DPS-ADL A320 (Only economy provided) There isnt much choice out of ADL to Bali, JQ or Tiger. Having done this trip many times I know the routine and the service. ADL-DPS no drama, service was fine. As normal pre-purchased meals served first. But it amazes me that you get asked "You ordered a meal, do you still want it?" DPS-ADL pre purchased exit row and found it was given to other pax, no explanation as to why no offer of a refund. Cabin manager was apologetic but couldn't do anything other than refer me to the web page. Stock standard response about safety from head office, given the crying mess sitting in the seat I'd paid for on boarding, I doubt they would have been able to help in an emergency at all. Other than that, for 4-5 hours its an ok experience. The meals are better than you expect, but buy them beforehand, as they have a limited service once in the air.
