Delta Air Lines review by Sandi 2016-02-09

Booked RT flight to Hawaii from Oakland, CA that had a layover at LAX. My home airport had an electrical outage and stopped all inbound and outbound flights preventing me to get to Oakland for this flight. Delta could of cared less and charged $400 for me to catch the same flight I was already booked on at LAX layover. Ticket agent on phone was rude and nasty and pretty much told me since I didn't take first portion of trip I couldn't board the plane at LAX unless I paid that fee. Then to make matters worse, they sold my seat for the first part of the trip! I will avoid Delta in every way possible for any future travel!!
